CEO / Managing Consultant Message - Year 2002

On behalf of the company, I would like to thank all our corporate customers, online customers, suppliers and partner hotels for helping us make year 2001 a successful one for Online Technology.

I remembered issuing the corporate directions for year 2001 at the end of year 2000, which is to concentrate on building travel related sites for our hotel reservation services, it seems only yesterday.

Overcoming many difficult hurdles, with the kind assistance and help from various parties have helped make our year a successful one.

We launched a total of over 20 travel sites, each with its own distinct look and feel. We have also acquired many more domain names in preparation for our work in Year 2002. On a more specific scope, we completed our research on Malaysia hotels and launched Malaysia-Hotel.com, with many more on the way.

Despite the weak economic outlook and the September 11 disaster, we have been able to turn in improved month-to-month performance the entire year. This would not be achievable without the kind support of all our customers and suppliers.

The tip of it all came when we are awarded the Affiliate of the Month, November 2001, by WCTravel, one of the largest hotel/travel consolidators in the world for our performance the month before. We became the first in Asia to be given the award, beating many other much bigger players to it. The award means a lot to us, it tells us we are working towards the right direction.

Corporate Directions 2002

We believe Year 2002 would be an exciting year for us. We will continue building more travel related portals. We will continue to acquire more travel related domain names for our online travel services.

We also have several other plans which are hospitality services oriented, which I am unable to disclose at the moment.

We will also be moving towards providing more country-specific hotel reservation services. Research work will be on-going to obtain country-specific hotels/travel related information.

We are a small company, but we will continue to make sure every single requests from our customers are attended to.

Every single customer is important to us.
